How to?

The procedure to follow is really simple!

1. Add the event you’re interested in to your cart
2. Proceed with registration and remember to enter your ESN card
3. Enter all the required details to complete your order
4. Make the payment
5. You will receive a first confirmation email of your purchase with all your order details, including the “Order Reference,” which you’ll need for any communication and/or verification

At this point, you just have to wait for the email containing the QR code to be shown at the event entrance, which will allow us to verify your purchase.

The email will be sent to the address used for registration on the website, so make sure to enter the correct email and always check your spam folder. You can also add noreply@kikitickets.com to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure you receive emails in your inbox.

Remember: the QR code can be scanned only once and therefore cannot be transferred.
