Kikitickes is an electronic ticketing platform for music, entertainment, sports, and cultural events. It sells admission tickets on behalf of the Organizer, whose identifying details are contained in the “event info” section.

General Terms and Conditions of Contract

These General Terms and Conditions govern the remote sale of tickets for national entertainment and/or cultural and sports events carried out by Kikitickens on behalf of the Organizer, through the website Kikitickens.com, owned and operated by Kikitickens, which allows the purchase of admission tickets for access to the event venue and the issuance of the Kikitickens.Pass.

  1. The provision of the service corresponding to the Event is the sole responsibility of the Organizer.
  2. The offer and sale on the website Kikitichens.com constitute a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III, Articles 45 et seq. of the Consumer Code and by Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
  3. The purchase of admission tickets on Kikitickens.com may only be made by registered users and is reserved for individuals aged 18 or over.
  4. To complete the purchase contract for a ticket on the website, the user must fill out an order form following the on-screen instructions. The contract is concluded when the order form reaches the Kikitickens.com server.
  5. The order confirmation email constitutes confirmation of the concluded contract pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 7, of the Consumer Code.
  6. The categories of admission tickets for each event are described on the dedicated event page.
  7. The price of the tickets is the one indicated on the website. Service fees are specifically shown in the order summary before the user completes the purchase, together with the total amount payable.
  8. The price and additional charges include VAT.
  9. The contract is subject to the condition precedent of full payment. Ownership of the tickets will be transferred to the user upon completion of the contract.
  10. Payment for tickets purchased on the website may be made by credit or debit card within the time limits indicated on the site.
  11. Delivery of tickets purchased on the website will be made via a digital ticket to be downloaded on a smartphone (E-ticket), without the need for printing.
  12. The right of withdrawal provided for in Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code does not apply to this contract.
  13. Kikitickens may, at any time and upon request of the Organizer or public security authorities, cancel an already issued ticket. In such cases, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid.
  14. In the event of an event being canceled or postponed by the Organizer, Kikitichens shall not be held liable for such cancellation or postponement. On behalf of the Organizer, it will inform the Customer of the refund or replacement procedures applicable to the canceled or postponed event ticket. The Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the service fee.
  15. Kikitichens shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind suffered by the Customer in relation to the sale of tickets, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  16. This contract is governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court shall be that of the place where the user resides or has elected domicile.
